State Constitutional Mandates Officials Believe in God

As a follower of YHWH, I must question what so called “belief in God” really means when those who claim such “belief” violate the Natural Rights of Individuals which our Creator has granted to everyone?

Mr. MacAulay makes what sounds like a good argument for this “constitutional requirement” which some states have forced upon its People against their otherwise free will — that same free will that our Creator has granted each and every individual.

The irony here is that our so called “constitutional republic” has been driven in a bad direction from the near onset of America’s founding by so called “believers”.

For example, these same states which have such mandates in their constitutions were the very states which interfered in private contracts between individuals in marriage — a matter of CHURCH rather than STATE, thus violating the US Constitution.  In the early 1800’s, these states prohibited marriage between blacks & whites, thus violating their sacred Natural Rights.  Later on some of these states began granting “marriage licenses” allowing certain couples to bypass the prohibition.  Then of course the Federal Government violated the Natural Rights of ALL Americans by passing a national marriage act in the mid-20th century making STATE “licensing” a secular norm for this private matter of CHURCH.

And that’s just ONE example of how so called “believers” holding office have blatantly violated the sacred Natural Rights granted to every individual by their Creator — whatever “Creator” means to each individual.

The Word of God, the Bible, plainly states that even the demons believe in God, yet they engage in endless Godless acts.  As a matter of fact, this is certainly likewise for humans — both so called “believers” and “unbelievers”.

So what is more important: offices held by individuals who SAY they believe in a Supreme Being or by individuals who ACT as such?

Americans know full well the kind of people who SAY they are “believers” yet ACT against the sacred Natural Rights granted by our Creator.  We even have a name for such folk: “Hypocrites”.

We humans generally despise hypocrisy, and from my studies of the Bible God does too.  Hypocrisy of this particular type is often exhibited by the so called “Conservatives” within the Republican Party, which is why so many people today loathe it.  Likewise with the so called “Liberals” and their Democratic Party regarding a variety of other issues, an old native American might say, “American politicians speak with a forked tongue.”

But of course, these two “sides” have yet to recognize the fact that they’ve been deceived into believing the false political dichotomy which has been indoctrinated into the psyche of nearly every individual on the planet.  This amazingly powerful deception perpetuates an endless battle resultant only in tyranny, division, and failure through various adaptations of the Collectivist philosophy, into an otherwise Individualist nation exemplifying Liberty.  To learn more about this browse to my blogpost: Collectivism VS Individualism: The REAL Political-Philosophical Battle (http://infinityliberty.blogspot.com/2014/11/collectivism-vs-individualism-real.html).

The Colonial settlers escaping the British monarchy knew full well the tyranny exhibited by nations whose governments were mixed with certain authoritarian aspects of religion.  Such is why the American founders penned the Declaration of Independence by using the term “Creator” rather than “God” or “Jesus”.

Consider that the term “Creator” is far more inclusive and non-suggestive than the terms “God” & “Jesus”, which are even considered inaccurate at best and sinful at worst to many followers of YHWH.  “Creator” allows for the individual in a free secular society to consider individual perspectives regarding either a Supreme Being or nature itself in accordance with their own free will.

Also as a matter of fact, the Bible teaches that God gives free will to ALL so that they might choose blessing or cursing resultant from the WAY in which one walks.  One’s individual relationship with the Creator is personal and only governed by one’s own free will — it is not subject to the will of any other human being, although the vast majority of human-made churches would have one believe otherwise.

In the founding of America, the true concept that every individual of the human race — regardless of ethnicity, culture, or creed (aka: beliefs) — has Natural Rights was historically for the first time in such a way codified into its legal documents.  Further, the sole purpose for the establishment of such a government for this new nation of America was so that it would be under the Rule of Law to Protect Individual Natural Rights:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”  — Declaration of Independence

So in TRUTH, these states which attempt to make it a requirement that a public servant of any kind believe in a Supreme Being do so by blatantly stepping beyond its legal US Constitutional limits and are in direct violation of our sacred Individual and Unalienable Natural Rights which were granted by our Creator.

Those who teach otherwise by either deception or ignorance do so in opposition to the will of our Creator, and therefore should give serious consideration to their own actions which are at enmity with our Creator.

Collectivism VS Individualism: The REAL Political-Philosophical Battle

After years of emersion into the study of Liberty, I am convinced that the entire “Liberal/Left — Conservative/Right" political dichotomy is a completely deceptive paradigm, and one I now refer to as the Great Political Deception.  It is designed so to divide people into two false sides who would otherwise perhaps find common ground to solving problems through being rooted in the concept of the Protection of Unalienable Individual Natural Rights by Rule of Law.

Consider that the talking heads within the current political landscape use a host of terms like Socialism, Fascism, Authoritarianism, Statism, Corporatism, Nazisim, and every other kind of evil "ism”.  However the one “ism” which is almost never mentioned is Collectivism, which is the philosophy in which all of these evil “isms” are rooted.

To briefly digress, the economic system of Capitalism doesn’t fall under the philosophy of Collectivism.  A true free market is a byproduct of Individualism.  However, “Neo-Amerika” is NOT an example of a capitalistic economic system because there is little to no free market here.  Every market (except perhaps for the “black market”) is regulated to some degree by the STATE, and therefore, cannot be categorized as “Capitalism”.

However, most Americans still believe the false assumption that America is a Capitalistic nation regardless of how untrue this really is.  Likewise is the situation regarding the mass false assumption that the political “left — right” paradigm is actually true.

The terms “Liberal” & “Conservative” have been over time falsely crafted so that they appear as philosophies or ideologies, when in actuality they are not.  This deception distracts from the real battle of philosophies, which is Collectivism (leading to tyranny) VS Individualism (leading to liberty).

Unfortunately, both "sides" of the false political paradigm most often embrace the tenants of Collectivism without even knowing it.  Let’s explore these diametrically opposed philosophies that are rarely discussed in the contemporary deception political landscape.

Collectivism:
• the practice or principle of giving a group priority over each individual in it.
• the theory and practice of the ownership of land and the means of production by the people or the state.

The philosophy of Collectivism includes the social-political economic constructs of both socialism and fascism, though the grand political deception would have us believe that socialism is of the so called political “left” and fascism is of the so called political “right” in order to have the masses support one of two supposedly diametric paths of Collectivism which can only lead to slavery/tyranny.

Individualism:
• the habit or principle of being independent and self-reliant.
• a social theory favoring freedom of action for individuals over collective or state control.

The philosophy of Individualism is that in which the fundamental principles of liberty reside, and upon whose foundation the United States of America was built.  But of course, this is not taught in the government schools and why would it be, for doing so might challenge the status quo power of the STATE.

The philosophy of Individualism champions the free will of the individual endowed by our Creator (regardless of individual viewpoint).  By contrast, the philosophy of Collectivism prohibits the exercise of that free will which is displaced by the will of some collective.

Therefore: Collectivism leads to slavery/tyranny — Individualism leads to liberty.

This is not to say that every collective is at enmity with liberty.   However, a collective is at enmity with liberty to the degree it embraces and practices the philosophy of collectivism.

In considering the true meaning of the deceptive words “liberal” and “conservative”, it becomes clearer that no one can actually BE a “liberal” or “conservative”.  Correctly used, the words “liberal” and “conservative” are never nouns, but rather adjectives or adverbs.  Neither legitimate word meaning is rooted in any philosophy whatsoever.  Therefore, no one can be a “liberal” or be a “conservative” — on the contrary, one can only act liberally or conservatively with regard to a specific matter.

Simply put, “liberal” refers to being either more apt to change existing conditions of an institution or tradition, OR dealing abundantly in proportioning; “conservative” refers to being either more apt to preserve existing conditions of an institution or tradition, OR dealing cautiously moderate in proportioning.

However, the masses of recent centuries have been deceived into believing that there is a “liberal” VS a “conservative” philosophy or ideology, and that everyone must subscribe to either one or the other.

As a result, we are most often presented with two supposedly opposite sides of an issue having only two options, both most often being either inaccurate, immoral/unethical, illegal, or in violation of liberty, and neither of which actually solve the problem at hand.

One noteworthy example of this is the matter of “same sex marriage”.  Here the masses are presented with two opposing sides of this issue of which neither side will ever reach agreement or find any harmony, and BOTH sides’ positions are rooted in the philosophy of Collectivism.

The libertarian solution to the matter based in the philosophy of Individualism is simply to remove the STATE from the issue.  The STATE has no business — no just authority nor jurisdiction — interfering in contracts between free individuals, which includes the contract of marriage.  Marital status should NOT be any factor in tax legislation or anything else for that matter.

However, how often is THIS concept considered by the mainstream media, or the duopoly partisan talking heads?  The collectivists who run this nation do not really desire Americans to actually figure out how to solve problems, because that would unite us as individuals against them and their collectivist agenda which is at enmity with maximizing Liberty for all.

To most people such talk about political philosophies & ideologies seems unimportant.  However, I am convinced that understanding this Great Political Deception is paramount to re-uniting Americans around the goal of advancing Liberty through the Protection of Unalienable Individual Natural Rights by Rule of Law.

If we Americans who have come to understand this truth do not make a concerted effort to reveal this deception for what it is to the masses, then it will be nearly impossible for our younger generations to break out of the continued perpetuation of the various problems which plague our nation.

It is my goal to continue educating my fellow humans about this Great Political Deception in hopes that enough individuals will see through the deception for what it is and embrace the true ideology of Liberty, which is rooted in the philosophy of Individualism.

Is NC ready for Health, Prosperity & LIBERTY?

Greetings NC Legislators!

Receiving a recent email from John Dudley of Americans for Prosperity caused me to consider a few thoughts that I am compelled to share with you all.

In regards to his concerns, I certainly hope this move toward extracting natural gas in NC will be done in a way that is safe for all of us.  Being a libertarian, I'm a proponent of maximizing the free market — but not at the expense of violating the natural rights of others to do so, and pollution is one form of doing so.  I have a difficult time believing that there is no safe and effective method of extracting natural gas.

But I have a major problem with both special interest groups and certainly with our elected officials with regard to playing the "blame game" in this so called "left" VS "right" nonsensical paradigm.  I continue to find that both "sides" of the political duopoly are often perfectly willing to violate the natural rights of individuals.

Case in point:  Why does it seem that thus far there are only Democrats stepping up to the plate in support of H1161 (the medical marijuana bill)?

It would seem that there would be at least a handful of Republicans in our NC State Legislature who might be a proponent of:

• Creating new jobs in non-government markets;

• Fostering new small businesses;

• Raising revenue without raising taxes;

• Keeping NC from economically falling further behind other states (like SC, for example) whose legislatures have recently voted to RE-legalized both industrial hemp AND medical marijuana;

• RE-etablishing the individual natural right to seek health remedies outside of Obamacare and the "Medical Industrial Complex";

• Taking a step toward Ending the War on Drugs People who find marijuana as enjoyable as alcohol yet far safer.


And Democrats reading this message, please don't think you're off the hook in any of this.  Why have you given your supporters such hope during election times, yet sat idly by doing absolutely nothing to move the medical marijuana initiative forward for what, 70+ years that you've been in power over the NC Legislature?

Only now that Republicans have gained control in NC do SOME Democrats finally make any effort to support the health, prosperity and LIBERTY of NC residents through such an initiative — and those who are doing so, THANK YOU!

But being privy to political gaming I also have to wonder... knowing that by and large Republicans have been seemingly more pro-prohibition (in recent years anyway, in spite that the Democrats instituted Prohibition in the 20's), might these recent actions be merely yet another example of such a political stunt whereby Democrats are wagering they might be able to point their collectivist finger at Republicans for not caring about our health, prosperity and liberty, in hopes of regaining their helm of control over the NC Legislature over future elections?  As if We North Carolinians are completely ignorant of the fact that the Democrats have done nothing in this effort all these decades.

I certainly hope this is not the case, because I have two friends now that have been diagnosed with terminal cancer – one pancreatic and one brain cancer.  I also just became privy to the information about Simpson-cannabis oil (http://www.simpson-oil.com/index.html) and how it has served to cure thousands of people who were diagnosed with terminal cancer.  In fact, a friend of mine knows someone who upon being diagnosed as such with brain cancer, began the Simpson treatment and after only months his brain tumors were gone and is still living to this day with his family.

Make no mistake, to the extent NC Legislators resist the RE-legalization of medical marijuana, is the degree to which they are sealing the fate of terminal cancer patients.  It's as if these legislators DESIRE for North Carolinians to be unhealthy, and I cannot understand how such people can even sleep at night knowing that they are part of the cause for so many people's death without giving them their natural right to seek alternatives to the barbaric corporation/government mandated method of cancer (and other) treatments.

Further, to the extent NC Legislators resist the RE-legalization of marijuana and industrial hemp in general, is the degree to which they are stifling prosperity and liberty in NC.

What will it take to remedy this Draconian situation?  Must North Carolinians create an unaffiliated PAC which will be a watchdog for all legislators who refuse to improve the health, prosperity and liberty of those who reside in our state?

Because if it takes replacing those among the NC Legislature with representatives who actually care about the well being of North Carolinians, then we will easily do so at the ballot box, because we all know that there are far more people in NC — Unaffiliated, Republicans, Democrats, & Libertarians — who are for health, prosperity & liberty, than there are against.

The proverbial ball is now in your court...

Memorial Day Thoughts

Not surprising at all when considering that the "Neo-Amerikan" IN-justice system cares not about natural rights & liberty. The gov't school system & controlled media has done such a great job of indoctrinating the masses into Collectivist philosophy, that they largely believe people are to obey most any decision made by the three corrupt branches of gov't.

I likened such tyrannical actions to those of Nazi Germany the other day & a friend of mine became offended and now assumed I'm entirely ignorant. He is a perfect example of how people commonly believe it's ok to vote away ones natural rights and that the only recourse Americans should have is our vote -- our vote in an entirely corrupt election process. But of course, he doesn't believe the corruption is as great as I know it to be.

Of course, he doesn't have my experience either. After being very engaged throughout the Ron Paul 2008 & 2012 races, I KNOW how the entire process is fully corrupted from the media picking the "top tier" contenders, to the fraud committed within the partisan duopoly breaking it's own legally bound election/convention rules, to the plurality voting system which mandates a two party only system.

But beyond this, he -- certainly like many others -- cannot see the similarities present in "Neo-Amerika" to that of Nazi Germany. Apparently, unless the death toll of innocents must reach the millions before any nation can be likened to Naziism. Apparently all the deaths due to the various endless wars Neo-Amerika wages, like the "War on Drugs" for example, hasn't taken enough lives yet to earn a title likened to "Nazi". And in spite of all the various examples of police brutality with impunity doesn't also ring a bell.

I attempted to explain that my comment was more about DIRECTION. I also tried to explain that all those evil "isms" -- Socialism, Communism, Fascism, etc. -- all fall under the philosophy of Collectivism and lead to nothing but totalitarianism like Nazi Germany.

But no... I'm the one who needs to better educate myself because I don't know what I am talking about! 8-)

Everything is just fine here. There is no growing militarized police state. There is no cartel of central banks who perpetuate debt/poverty among the masses who can take your property with no accountability whatsoever. The JFK Assassination, Waco, Ruby Ridge, the OK City bombing, and 9/11 all happened the way the rulers say they did -- because they never lie. The people of CN are dangerous for responding the way they did when the Gov threatened to take away their firearms. And the ranchers in NV are domestic terrorists for arming themselves in attempts to protect their financial security from a handful of bureaucrats and the Nine Wraith Judges in Mordor (D.C.).  -- This is what I'm being asked of my fellow Americans to believe...?

Today we honor all those who serve & who have served in the American armed forces -- those who took an oath to protect & defend the sacred natural rights of all individuals and to uphold the Constitution which legally guarantees those rights and limits the power of the State.

But if the State has grown corrupt to the point where it no longer serves to fulfill such duties, then what kind of nation does our armed forces truly serve?

The public servants who act as lords over We the People through massive corruption do a great disservice to those in our armed forces who put their lives on the line for our liberty. Most men & women who serve are fresh out of the Collectivist indoctrination factories we call "High School", so it is very difficult for them to fully understand how they are often being used as military pawns for the globalists to advance their agenda.

It is up to the People of this nation to break out of the Collectivist indoctrination, see through its deception, and embrace Individualist philosophy whose fruit is liberty... and then help others see the beautiful light of liberty granted to us by our Creator.

We the People are NOT owned by the State, nor should we ever bow down to obey (and therefore worship) any State as a god.

This is my Memorial Day prayer -- that We the People honor all those who put their lives on the line for our sacred & natural rights by pledging to educate ourselves more about the philosophy of liberty, and share this most blessed gift with others.

Civitas Media Honors Privacy

Civitas Media never had any plans or intentions of publishing in print or online lists of holders of “conceal and carry” permits.  Nor will Civitas Media develop databases of permit holders.  A poorly crafted internal memo meant to highlight editorial discussions and planning incorrectly indicated that such a database was being planned; it has been considered and rejected.

Dear Mchael C. Bush, Civitas Media CEO,

I just wanted to write to say thank you for rejecting the horrible violation of privacy which someone in your organization considered with regard to publishing personal and private information of "conceal and carry" permit holders.

I hope this incident will also provide an opportunity for educating perhaps the younger members of your staff regarding the importance of upholding the right to privacy, as granted to each and every individual by his Creator.

While the ever changing American government enacts moot attempts to minimize crime, it is worth considering that we who have complied with its illegal and immoral demands to be 'permitted' for what is really a natural right have done so against our will — we would have never voluntarily given the State such private information.

As with each and every violation of natural rights, there are always negative consequences.  For example, due to the State's mandate of issuing "conceal and carry" permits and building a database of such records, some people have become confused thinking that "public records" are those which everyone has a right to access, but of course, this is not the case.  Americans also give the State personal and private financial data against our will, but no "Transparency Act" can give the general public the right to access such data.

Further, the consequences of anyone publishing such data could certainly include the criminal targeting of homes for theft where firearms likely reside, and/or criminal targeting of homes whose owners might not have such defenses.

Certainly, most people would not have the intention to put innocent Americans at risk of burglary or worse, but without giving heed to the importance of protecting our natural rights, as history continues to show, negative consequences are inevitable.

Thank you again for honoring the right to privacy of Americans.  I can only hope such examples as yours will help others act accordingly.
