Boiling Down the Political Deception

I continue striving to find new ways of revealing the great political deception of "Liberalism" VS "Conservatism".

In a Facebook post today, I again attempt to boil it down as simply as possible so that others can perhaps better see the light of LIBERTY.  Here is what I said:

There is simply no such thing as "conservatism" nor "liberalism" as ideologies.  Rather, the two opposing ideologies continually at odds are Individualism VS Collectivism.

Within Collectivism there exists Socialism & Fascism, both of which are at enmity with LIBERTY.

However, Collectivists have figured out that it would be best in order to remain in control over otherwise FREE individuals (Individualists) if they could sell the LIE that the REAL battle is fought on a one dimensional political axis between Socialism & Fascism, both of which breed slavery.

So over time they twisted the non-ideological meanings of the words "conservative" & "liberal" and assigned them to these tyrannical political systems, teaching these to be the only two choices in order to keep the masses fighting for their own FALSE ideology.

And this trick continues to work very well, as the overwhelming majority of Americans have purchased this lie hook, line & sinker, and continue to perpetuate it in voting the same Collectivists into political office year after year.

How can We the People break out of it?  Consider this plan: STOP claiming to advocate a FALSE ideology and embrace Individualism NOW!!!

Right to Public Indecency?

The beauty of the human form — especially the female form 8-) — is not the issue regarding "PUBLIC indecency".  It REALLY is about the violation of rights.

However, those who claim the "violation of civil rights" as an argument for defense of PUBLIC indecency are forgetting something: what about violating the individual rights of others?

You see, everyone has the right to be in PUBLIC without being involuntarily subjected to seeing naked people... because they're in PUBLIC!

When individuals wish to be naked, they can exercise that right in PRIVATE.  Otherwise, do these particular people who advocate the "right to PUBLIC indecency" think they have the so called "right" to do ANYTHING they want in PUBLIC?

The words "PUBLIC" & "PRIVATE" have different meanings and functions associated with them, and therefore, legislation associated with them ALSO often differs.

For example, everyone has the unalienable individual right to smoke.  However, no one in a PUBLIC facility should ever be subjected to the risk of involuntarily inhaling second hand smoke, because PUBLIC facilities have to be made as accessible as possible to ALL individuals without having to endure such involuntary health risks.

On the contrary, PRIVATE facilities should never be regulated by government regarding smoking because PRIVATE facilities do not necessarily have to be made as accessible as possible to ALL individuals — in fact, the opposite is true.  (Of course, there are various occasions where legislators have failed to recognize this and have violated the rights of PRIVATE property owners by enacting bad laws, but that's for another discussion.)

For another example, all "adults" have the unalienable individual right to voluntarily engage in sexual acts with one another.  However, no one in PUBLIC should ever be involuntarily subjected to witness such acts.  On the contrary, engaging in such acts in PRIVATE should never be regulated by government.  (But of course, there are individuals who believe they somehow have the authority to so violate the rights of others and regulate such acts in PRIVATE via government, but again that's for another discussion.)

For one final and popular example, everyone has the unalienable individual right to free speech.  However, no one has the right to yell "FIRE!" in a PUBLIC area, potentially inciting panic leading to injury or even death without potentially facing legal punishment.  In such case, doing likewise in a PRIVATE area might ALSO lead to similar consequences.  (Remember: along with LIBERTY comes great RESPONSIBILITY.)

These examples are given to illustrate how legislation governing PRIVATE vs. PUBLIC areas often CAN and SHOULD differ in various circumstances.  Those who seek to ignore this fact are certain to reach such erroneous and immature conclusions regarding "civil rights".

Therefore, wherever state law "allows breasts to be exposed in public view in a non-sexual manner", individuals AND ESPECIALLY those responsible for enforcing the law should question the INTENT of the specific statute and act accordingly in situations of PUBLIC indecency.  If it is later determined that the statute's wording causes confusion with regard to its INTENT, then the appropriate legislators should do their job and correct the problematic language.

My first guess is that one intent behind such a statute might have something to do with protecting a mother from arrest due to briefly exposing her naked breast in public while breastfeeding her child.  I would imagine few individuals would ever consider her doing so as "indecent exposure", but since we CAN imagine someone reacting in such a way, it has probably occurred and a statute was created in response.

But as with so many aspects of society, if only a small degree of rational thought was applied by ALL parties involved, such matters which transgress the boundaries of sanity could simply be avoided.

This is perhaps the best video I've seen which in only about 8 minutes explains perhaps the greatest THEFT in all of human history — a complex subject presented in a way that nearly anyone can understand.

Upon viewing, if you feel it is important as I do that as many people as possible understand how all current and future generations continue to be victims of this massive THEFT, please share this with everyone you can, because IMHO, this video needs to go viral!

"Independence Day"???  I'm not even sure what that means anymore... well, not here in Neo-Amerika anyway!

Let's see...

• We have gov't "ordinance enforcement officials" tearing up individuals' gardens, and federal enforcement officials destroying organic milk farms;

• We have local gov't "ordinance enforcement officials" forcing people out of perfectly safe homes, pushing homeowners into mortgage default & foreclosure;

• We have a continued lawless and dishonest banking & money system plummeting our economy into utter ruin while making politicians and their fat-cat corporatist friends wealthy;

• And now we have forced health care — OH, I'm sorry, a "new health care tax"!  YES, that's the ticket, a "TAX"!

... and the kicker?  This year Americans will again continue voting the same garbage into office they have for over 200 years!

But heck, it's still a "holiday", right?  So let's at least smile and be happy that we still have a little "freedom"... or so they tell me.

So in the wake of recent and continued idiotic governmental events, whereby apparently the masses of Americans still seem to believe that our government is the solution to the various financial hardships we're facing, this comical view on the reality of the situation seems most appropriate!

If nothing else, it's worth a read, a chuckle, and a forward!  8-)

Such humor is for us rather than the corrupted bureaucrats, as I have come to understand the overwhelming majority of them do not care about the American people whatsoever.  If they did, their actions would reflect it.

1. Americans spend $36,000,000 at Wal-Mart Every hour of every day. 

2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute! 

3. Wal-Mart will sell more from January 1 to St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) than Target sells all year. 

4. Wal-Mart is bigger than Home Depot + Kroger + Target +Sears + Costco + K-Mart combined. 

5. Wal-Mart employs 1.6 ACTUALLY IT IS NOW 2.1 million people, is the world's largest private employer, and most speak English. THE ONLY ENTITY WITH MORE EMPLOYEES IS THE US GOVT. 

6. Wal-Mart is the largest company in the history of the world. 

7. Wal-Mart now sells more food than Kroger and Safeway combined, and keep in mind they did this in only fifteen years. 

8. During this same period, 31 big supermarket chains sought bankruptcy. 

9. Wal-Mart now sells more food than any other store in the world. 

10. Wal-Mart has approx 3,900 stores in the USA of which 1,906 are Super Centers; this is 1,000 more than it had five years ago.

You may think that I am complaining about "Wally-World", but I am really laying the ground work for suggesting that MAYBE we should hire the guys who run Wal-Mart to fix the economy!

To President Obama and all 535 voting members of the Legislature, it is now official that the majority of you are corrupt morons:
a. The U.S. Postal Service was established in 1775. You have had 234 years to get it right and it is broke. YET UPS IS THRIVING!

b. Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke. 

c. Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get it right and it is broke.

d. War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor" and they only want more. 

e. Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke. 

f. Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to get it right and it is broke. 

g. The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.  I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING. 

Basically, you have FAILED in every "government service" you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars... 

YET, YOU WANT AMERICANS TO BELIEVE YOU CAN BE TRUSTED WITH A GOVERNMENT-RUN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM? 

Folks, keep this circulating. It is very well stated. Maybe it will end up in the e-mails of some of our “duly elected”, and since they never read anything (including most of the bills they pass into law) perhaps their staff will clue them in on how Americans feel.

99% of people won't forward this for various reasons, so I guess that makes me one of the 1%!  8-)

Someone please tell me what is wrong with all the people that run this country!!! 

We're “broke” & can't help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless. etc., yet in just recent times we have provided aid to Haiti, Chile , and Turkey... and now Pakistan, previous home of bin Laden. Literally BILLIONS of DOLLARS!!! 

Our retired seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid nor do they get any breaks! 

AMERICA:  A country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed hungry, elderly going without 'needed' meds, and mentally ill without treatment, etc... 

Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries.  Sad isn't it?
